Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Because of our fast processing workflow, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately if changes are needed.
2. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request order cancellation before the order enters the fulfillment or shipping stage.
Cancellation Eligibility

- The shipping label has not been generated
- The package has not been transferred to the carrier
Once fulfillment begins, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

4. Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment:
- The order will be canceled
- No cancellation fees will apply
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Cancelable Orders
Orders may no longer be canceled if:
- The order has entered fulfillment
- The package has been packed
- A tracking number has been assigned
- The shipment has been transferred to the carrier
In such cases, customers may still qualify for a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
